Config Manager Ticker App Feature Request - Reoccuring Announcements

It would be good to be able to schedule reoccurring announcement such as daily or weekly. Before weekly PC restart operations or for any daily reminders that you want to send to end users.

    Thanks for the suggestion, it is a great idea. I believe we looked into that already, but it didn't make the cut for the upcoming release of v1.2. However we'll certainly consider it for a future version of the Ticker app. Keep the suggestions coming. You will notice that the updates coming in v1.2 were all driven by community feedback :-)

    Having a schedule that could be adjusted for repeat (Every X Weeks, Days, Hours) or (Every X day of the month) or (Every July 1st) and have the start and end date would allow for repeated important notifications to really make sure the message is clear and in front of end users.

    Great suggestion and we do hope to get recurring announcements in a future release.

    It's great that you guys are putting these in the Feature Requests area. That way others can search on them, and vote them up if they agree with the request. That helps set priorities of features when we get around to updating the apps in the future. Keep it up guys :-)

    Yes this feature request is still active and has been submitted.
    These feature requests are reviewed from time to time and the top voted items are added to the backlog of features to add to the product before being added to the roadmap and released.
    This feature just hasn't had enough votes yet to get it to the top of the list.

    Thank you for your votes on these feature requests, it really does help us determine what our customers want and what we should be focusing on.
