Automatically acknowledge any item that was set to resolve with Cireson Auto Close

We have SLA's based on first User contact. But on first call resolution tickets agents often forget to click on the Acknowledge before they close the ticket. My idea was if the workflow of the Auto Close could go validate this as part of the workflow and then also set the Acknowledge to the resolution time if it has not been modified.
