Set First Response via Action Log Notify or Advanced Send Email

Ideally, the Action Log Notify/Advanced Send Email would set the First Response bool automatically when an Agent Action on the case got send to the end user/affected user if it has not been set previously.

This is now possible with 'Advanced SendEmail' as of: v2.0.2016.20 and v2.0.2012.20
