Ability to add change freezes to Change Calendar in Cireson Analyst Portal

It would be a useful thing to be able to define and track Change Freezes, so when planning a change there is a way to visually see that no changes are allowed within a certain time.  This would then need to be exposed in the change calendar and this would also then be available to workflows and runbooks as required.

This is an old one, but I must have missed it originally. It is completely possible to enforce a change freeze through good process and by monitoring the change calendar, but why not also provide that feedback to the person filling out the CR while they are still working on the form?  So much more efficient for everyone!

A couple of potential refinements to go along with this:
    • Filtering by CI classes or groups:  Maybe you only want to enforce a freeze for certain applications, or maybe you want to enforce a freeze for all systems except for a small subset.
    • Change Manager override: There are always exceptions, right?  Allowing a change freeze to be overridden by a members of an AD group (change managers, in my example, but could be anyone in theory) could be useful for handling a limited number of exceptions to the freeze.
