Ability to View KB articles without requiring a login to the portal

In circumstances where a company wishes to provide detailed installation or configuration guides to potential customers or customers who do not require access to all the portal features, it would be good to be able to provide an "Open" webpage that contains just KB articles. These KB articles could be limited to just those identified as Public or Openly available, mayeb even just by the KB Type field.

Other products on the market have this type of functionality and are a positive selling point.

    I would support this feature. I am trying to migrate staff from "Help Scout" to Service Manager/Cireson Portal and they are telling me that they need this feature so they will need to keep Help Scout just to fulfil this requirement.
