    If it hasn't already been mentioned it would be really useful to have the ability to list templates but restrict them to groups. My understanding (which may be wrong) is that all templates are available to everyone. If this was customisable we could have a sizeable list but it would be great to break that up someone or only show ones that are relevant based on the sender details - department/location etc.

    It would be really good if you could set the ticket status from the email, not just pending, but any other status we have in our list e.g. Third Party.

    Mayby you should have to hide 'Send email' button for non-analitycs.

    This is more for Analysts as we have a lot, so we could have quite a few templates. So it would be a way to show relevant templates to different types of analysts within the organisation.

    I don' t know whether this exists now or not; but it seems like it would be best to have the Send Email templates scoped so that an analyst would only see those templates that are included in an scsm security role they are a part of.

    It would be nice too if it was possible to see who the mail was sent to in the actionlog og history tab. Default it is the assigned user but an analyst has the possibility to change this and send to other users.
