Creating a survey with the survey app

Color me pink, for the life of me I cannot figure out or find how to create a survey after the installation of the Cireson Survey App.  I searched the KB and all I found was install, advanced config, and admin, but not a single article on the topic of creating a survey. Which leads me to believe it's so simple I'm completely over looking it. 

Please point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Okay, after some fresh eyes, I answered my question. 

After installing and configuring the Survey App, you use the the sub-URL paths to create a survey.

Copy the URL path found under Survey App -> Survey App -> Templates -> LINK.



Paste the sub-URL path to your portal's URL. Example: https://itsm.com/View/SurveyApp#/template/



From this page you can create the survey templates.

It's pretty simple, once you understand what is being implied by the configuration steps.

I wish creating a survey was like creating a knowledge article, where we could use the bottom bar as that's more intuitive.

Hi Chris,
If you create a template, then a drop down of templates with a buttong to 'Take Survey' will appear under My Surveys
