@tagging people in comments

It would be fantastic to tag users in comments that are added to an incident, request, etc.  This is something that we had in previous tools that we greatly miss in the Cireson Portal!

This is a duplicate of the @mention functionality that was recently released. Please look at that functionality, and if you feel it could use some additional functionality to meet your needs please create a new feature request and be specific as to the missing features. Thanks!

    Yes, this used to be on the roadmap as well as using # for CIs .

    It would be nice if those mentions to users sent them a notification.
