Ability to Customise fields on the "Quick Create" forms

Just wondering if there is a way to customise fields on the "Quick Create" forms?

    What I have done to get round this, is create a new Charm for Quick Create that has a fly out with links to customized template work items (image attached)... Our service desk in particular love this as it is even less click than using the New button :)

    I guess you would complete this by hiding the Quick Creates in the draw in Admins Settings, Setting Items.
