Migrating Service Cataloge between environments
Hi,
I've developed a bunch of request offerings in a DEV environment ensuring that all the relevant configuration is in the same MP so that its easily transportable. I've exported and imported the management pack to get all those request offerings into my TEST environment. Now all of the templates, request offerings, service offerings, and service offering categories are visible in the console of the TEST environment but they do not appear in the Cireson Portal despite have unpublished and republished everything in the console and restarting the cache builder service. The service catalog objects are all visible in the Cireson portal in my DEV environment where they were built.
As test I have built a ret request offering and service offering in MY TEST environment and they appeared in the portal as expected. So why can I see new service catalog objects but not those I have migrated from another environment?

Crisis averted!! It seems that the information relating request offerings to service offerings is not stored in the management pack defining the service offering so when they are brought over from DEV to TEST the test environment doesn't relate any ROs to SOs, and as a result nothing shows up in the portal even though I could see inside the Cireson Cache database that the individual ROs and SO had been cached.
Relate the ROs to the SO's restart the cache builder service and everything appeared as it was supposed to.
