Group templates together for ease of access for IT analysts

Is it possible in the portal to group some templates together in one location for ease of access for our service desk? Similar to what can be done with a request offering, grouping them in a service offering, I'd like to somehow group templates together so our service desk can go to the one location and just open what they need, rather than search in New > Work Item > Service Request > Template every time.
