Access for enduser to business Services
Hello,
I have a request offering for endusers to create request regarding Passwords and rights where three Business Services should be shown. This works for analysts but not for endusers. For enduser no Service is shown. We have a runbook for our Portal which runs permanently and checks new requests. If a request is not assigned to a user the runbook checks the Business Service and assigns to the correct Group.
Do you have any idea to give endusers Access (only reading) to Business Services?
Regards
Margret

You will need to check the existing groups already there, and check what they give access to. To figure that out you can use the console task in the rightpanel called: View Group Members. Then perhaps you will find out what group gives access to the Business Services, and then you can assign that group in the End-user userrole.6
