Send Mail To Field populates huge string

Hi All,

Whenever myself or my users attempt to use the send mail feature from the portal it has a large html code string inside of it instead of the end users email address from the incident. Is there a fix for this currently? Attached is a screenshot.

I've come across this before. Check in admin settings that your Analyst Portal license is valid.

You can also use the community solution Send Email made by Travis Wright. I've made that into a cireson javascript task:

I just updated it to support the latest Cireson portal version.

ah so its a licensed feature thanks, my company is working on purchasing the Analyst Portal, we have the community portal at the moment.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CIRESON

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
