Steamline support group configuration

It takes some time to configure new support groups and it's just complicated enough that we sometimes miss steps:

  1. Create and configure new AD groups
  2. Run the appropriate AD connector
  3. Create new entries in SCSM's two separate lists
  4. Configure Portal Group Mappings and Console App Tier Mappings separately
  5. Configure Team Requests View Groups in the portal
Would it be possible to combine steps 4 and 5 into one console setting area?
