New Customer, question about upgrading

Hi all, I am a new Cireson customer and have been installing various products from the management stream. We're currently running SCSM 2012 on the latest build, but we plan to upgrade to 2016 soon. How does that work with the various Cireson product versions? Since I'm currently installing the 2012 versions, will they need to be removed prior to upgrading and then the 2016 versions reinstalled? how does that process work?

Hello,

You will just need to install the 2016 versions of the application once you have completed the upgrade of Service Manager.

Hello,

You will just need to install the 2016 versions of the application once you have completed the upgrade of Service Manager.
