Include ExternalUrl in Article GetForGrid API response

It would be useful to include the ExternalUrl in the GetForGrid Article API json response.
Then reason for this would be for those whom uses a lot of external howtos, faq, guides, etc. as they could includes the Cireson article description and title on custom built service catalogs, and elsewhere for example in as custom popups in forms and make the articles easily searchable using keywords in a relative lightweight response.
With this in place we don't need to fetch a specific article to get the ExternalUrl or even worse let the user navigate to the empty article just to get the external link but could make links pointing to external content directly.
