Ability for Knowledge Base Managers to create new articles when viewing an existing article since the only way to currently access the new KA page is through the "New" button which is hidden by necessity for some Cireson Portal users or to direct link to the page. Ideally, this would show up right along-side the Edit button or show up solely when viewing the Knowledge Base Home Page.
