Modify "My Request" Grid

When on "My Requests" having "Affected User" is kind of redundant.
Remove Column 
Add "Support group" and "Assigned to"
This would allow the end user a quicker in sight to where their work is.
Same with "Team Requests" but keep the "Affected User"
