Options when submitting tickets

Anyone else had users get confused with the portal when submitting tickets?

Any chance of future versions having the actions change from....


to these.....

Save (basically what apply is now)

It seems a bit clearer. It would also be nice if these options looked like they are part of the form rather than standalone.

    You can actually change those to say whatever you want using localization strings in the admin settings of the portal. You can do this easily today.

    Thanks. Does this include its location so it appears are part of the form rather than stuck to the footer?

    My users have given similar feedback.  I have attempted to provide training as a response.  Maybe it really is better just to change it. 

    In the meantime, it is possible to change the labels by going to the Localizations menu and adding an override for them.
