Allow admin override funcationality in the portal

There are a few scenarios where we have to revert to PowerShell to perform basic admin tasks. It would be great if it was possible for admins to do these things via the portal:
  1. Changing the status of WIs and Activities no matter the current status.
    This is necessary when people set a SR to Cancelled and then immediately to Closed, and the workflow doesn't set the child ACs to Cancelled.
    This is also useful when SCSM loses the AC sequence and everything remains in Pending.
  2. Deleting or altering content of an Action Log entry.
    Sometimes the Service Desk doesn't pay attention to the active WI and pastes information into the wrong WI's Action Log, sending it to the wrong person.
I'm sure there are more but these are the two that I have to do most often.
