Change Request "Send Email" button
So we are using change requests within Cireson and when we use the "Send Email" button under "Tasks" nothing is getting tagged against the history so there is no record of the email which the change manager sent asking questions about the CR?
Is this the expected behaviour?

The behavior that you are specifying is the expected behavior.
The checkbox dictates if the email gets documented in the Action Log or not.

We had this issue so we modified the default setting so that the checkbox was ticked.
However, be careful because we found that replies to those emails won't go into the CR Action Log.
