Recommended maintenance / operation tasks

Hello,

I am looking for recommended tasks that should be performed on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to complete our internal technical operational guide.

The guide consists of:

- Cireson Analyst Portal
- Cireson Asset Management App
- Cireson Licensing App
- Cireson Connectors

1. Connector Statuses - Fail\Success
2. Workflow Statuses - Fail\Success
3. SCSM Services - Running\Stopped
4. DB Size (ServiceManager, ServiceManagement, DW etc.)
5. Memory utilization on the workflow server (Looking for bottlenecks)
6. Memory utilization on the management server that console logon to (Looking for memory utilization from abandoned sessions still logged)

This is a GREAT question!!

I am more inclined to get our Support, Consulting and Solutions Architect team to brainstorm this list and write an official KB article on it for everyone to consume.

In the mean time, a shout out to all community members: Please reply to this message with you suggestion of what you need to check on a regular basis and we can start to piece together a list of common admin tasks for an Ops guide.
