Cireson Console Licensing issue
While attempting to complete the Cireson Console Licensing Installation instructions We are unable to complete Step 3:Configure Cireson Licensing app. We navigate to the Administration workspace as directed and go to Settings and then proceed to edit the Cireson-Console App Licensing.
In the General section we enter the provided product key (received 2015) but the "Renew All" button is greyed out and we cannot proceed with the remaining instructions.
Any suggestions?

Do you have any licensed apps installed on the server? The only reason I can see for that button being disabled is if the number of licensable apps is zero.
