When Viewing the WI Form, also see a sidebar that lists all other WIs in the View

When an analyst wants to work on a ticket, they either have to click on the WI to fully open the ticket, or open multiple tabs in their browser.  Neither is an ideal solution for quickly switching between WIs as multiple tabs increases RAM overhead from anywhere between 70MB - 300MB on average per tab depending on the WI and browser.

A more elegant solution would be that when a WI clicked on to open it's form from a specific view such as Team Work, the list of WIs is minimised to the left hand side of the screen but still visible by ID or by Title.  That way analysts can switch between tickets quickly in a view without having to open multiple tabs.  The My Work, Team Work, and My Requests views should all do this.
