Currently we are finding the portal very frustrating in that there is no way to differentiate different types of users like there is in the Console. Our IT department has a number of groups outside of IT who support different programs and as such will get WI assigned to them to deal with these programs. In the Console I can set the outside people as say 'Incident Reviewers' so they can only touch the incidents that are assigned to them and they cannot mess around with other WI. Within the portal this is not possible they are full analysis's or end users nothing else is allowed. We really do not want to have to have more users within the Console, has anyone else encountered this and how did you deal? We do not want custom forms or anything like that we are looking for proper security control with scalable access like you get with AD groups and with more head-ache the SCSM Console. Thanks.
