Watch List in ARO User Lookup -Filter/Token before AD call

The form Control when completing a ARO does not have any features to filter before doing the AD query. With 44k user CI's it falls short due to the limit of 5k on the lookup. 
After the ticket is create you get the lookup function which works much better in larger enterprises.
Request to update the form control in ARO to match this or allow a filter/token to be passed so it can be limited on the use case.
