Rephrase question in pop-up window

When a reviewer approves an activity, a pop-up window comes up with a question "Do you have any comments?".
One of our end-user didn't have any comments so his first reaction was to reply No. But in that case the activity wasn't approved.
The question needs to be rephrased.

    I would like to close this discussion since the RA's now gets approved even if the users answer no in the comment pop-up window. Don't know the reason why it works now, but it does  :)
