Wildcard search through incident classifications

While raising an incident ticket through the Outlook console app, it is impoosible to use wild card search when classifying the request, only the 1st level can be found. In our case we have 3 levels of incident categories which takes us a lot of time to find the right classification. It would be a nice feature to have a wildcard search like in the Service Manager Console.
