Assign incidents to analysts by group the "old" way (V1 Analyst Portal)

The "assign to analyst by group" used to have a required comment field and no longer has a comment field so when assigning it to an analyst I have to enter a comment separately. Also there is no more "All Analysts" in the drop down for the "assign to analyst by group" so to assign it to someone that isn't part of a group you have to directly change the "assigned to" field and save.
