Replicate basic automation tasks for approvals and content OOTB

Examples I'm thinking of, where a runbook (yet another CI to baseline and track) shouldn't be necessary, is for scenarios such as:

  1. AD manager look up (as noted in a Vimeo demo, and another feature request, this doesn't work as expected, it uses created by not the person requiring the service)
  2. Dynamic approvals to look up a list/AD members, etc - for approvals that require finance, IT, executives, we don't really want to create custom CSV's (yet another thing to track and maintain) with a runbook to look up and add Reviewers to an RA. These I consider basic approval functions that would be fantastic out of the box.
  3. Content automation - replicate data in fields down through to children records for the most common fields.
  4. Add Service Owner to work item - based on business service
