We recommend reviewing what is submitted before posting, in case your idea has already been submitted by another community member. If it has been submitted, vote for that existing feature request (by clicking the up arrow) to increase its opportunity of being added to Cireson solutions.

Sort Options on the Cireson Knowledge Base
I've checked with support and they advised it's done on creation date - with oddly, the oldest being at the top! If this was the other way round it might not be so bad.
It might be nice to have an option in the settings to specify how the KB is sorted (by date, alphabetical, priority, popularity etc.)
