Better Scheduling Localization

Had a situation where we had a Request Offering that had a field to schedule a service. If an analyst in the UK scheduled a service by local time the schedule would show up 6 hours off in the Schedule Calendar because the Management Servers were in the CST time zone and GMT conversions were done based on where the MS resides. Is there a way to improve that from the Cireson side or is that strictly an SCSM limitation?
