Portal on Mobile Devices

Is additional configuration required to enable mobile device access to the Cireson SCSM Portal? I just installed it in our DEV environment and it looks great in Edge and IE11, but it doesn't load in Safari on an iPad or iPhone.

    Thank you! It's on our end. If a device is not domain joined, we have to explicitly make a resource available, which I did not yet do for the portal.
