Force Portal refresing

Hello,

Typical issue that the Portal is not updating the Service Requests, if I modify the inputs in the template for example.
Try restart CacheBuilder or IIS (Pool and Sites), detelet browsers cache - it is not solved the problem.
The Microsoft Portal is not affected.

How can I force the updating?

    Hi Gabor,

    Are you saying that when you are updating SR templates in SCSM, the changes to the template aren't reflected in the portal when you select that template?

    Hello,

    For example: when I change a User Prompt (add a character only), the Portal will follow this change on the next day only.

    OK, so you are referring to a Request Offering.  This is expected behaviour as the CacheBuilder has to sync for request offering changes to be picked up.  If you want the changes to go through quicker, restart the Cireson CacheBuilder service after you've made your change.
