How must work ''Request help'' functions on Skype for Business app?
Can we add automatically data from skype chat (user info and chat content) to new intsident. is for this we must be have speciale template form?

Marek_Lefek Customer Advanced IT Monkey ✭✭✭The "Request Help" option redirect user into specified website. The website can be set in SCSM Console>Settings>Cireson - Lync Settings - field "Redirect the "Request Help" menu item to this custrom URL". In my portal, I set the intranet site.
