The easiest way i found to have the Cache Builder Cache the Domain Users Group, is to set a form for the Domain Users group to use in the Admin -> Group Settings area on the portal. Once a specific Form/Projection ID is set for Domain Users, in the Assign forms to active directory groups section, then the CacheBuilder will cache the Domain Users group, and then setting Domain Users on the CreateOnBehalfGroup setting in Admin -> Settings will work for Domain Users

Thanks, Jeff. For some reason, although I've set up my test and dev environments the same as my production environment, I'm only seeing the results I expected in my production. Setting the form for the Domain Users group took care of it for me, in Prod at least.
