Export button on a SQL Table widget doesn't work

I created a SQL Table query on a Dashboard page to retrieve information about incidents. I see the results of the query but when I click the Export button in the title bar of the widget, it simply reloads the page. Is this a bug or am I overlooking something ?

@Stephane_Bouillon I was able to replicate this issue and it looks like it is actually caused by a bug in the Kendo UI library we use for the grids.

I'll ask our development team if they are planning to update the Kendo UI library.

Hi @Stephane_Bouillon if you open Developer Tools in the browser, are you seeing errors on the Console tab when you click on the Export button?

Thanks for your time and effort John. I noticed this happens only in Edge. When I open the Dashboard in Internet Explorer it does export to Excel.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

GENERAL

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Cireson Community Web Site.
