Ability to re-open child IRs when parent is re-activated

We had an instance where a lot of child incidents were resolved and staff had to re-activate them individually. It would be really useful to have a task or to have an additional button in the screenshot below where you can re-activate them.

    Worked it out via backend system. Sorry, scrub this idea unless anyone can think of any additional portal features that may improve it

    @S_Terry - I see you got this resolved.  I just wanted to point out in case someone else is having a similar issue that there are settings in the SCSM console at Administration/Settings/Incident Settings.
    If "Let the analyst decide..." is selected a checkbox is revealed in the portal that allows you to make that decision.
