SLO Counter - different view

Allow the SLO Counter in the portal to be viewed as date & time to expire as it currently does in the SCSM console.   Many teams I've come across find that easier to use / manage than the countdown clock.   Also at least in the current portal the SLO field doesn't appear to sort properly ascending or descending.   I've got my "Team Work" grouped by Support Group.
