Online - Data Retrieval Failures Occurred

Curious if anyone has ever seen this error before. Started a couple weeks ago and since then our workflows have been stopping mid day. We restart the Cache Builder service and that seems to get things going again.

Hey Kevin, was this box upgraded from a previous version of Windows Server? Any errors in t he Server Manager / Management Provider logs? I'm also curious if you're seeing anything in the Applications and Services logs.

This server has been on 2012 R2 since it was built. Not sure if it's realted but we did find the following errors in SQL, occurring on the jobs for Cireson Update Existing Changes, Incidents, Problems, Releases, and Service Requests. The logs in SQL go back to Feb 8th.

I'm not sure about the error you originally reported(it doesn't seem to be portal related), but the errors in your Analytics jobs have been fixed in the latest version of the portal.
