What attributes in AD does the user picker use?

Some users in are not showing up in the user pick list when a user is trying to submit a service request while users in the same office and department will be there. Does the picker use something other than AD attributes?

The user picker is a pull from the CI$User table in your ServiceMangement table. You can always review that table to make sure they are properly replicating to the portal.
Then in your portal admin settings there is a field for the user query, where you can see the SQL statement that is used when you start to type a value in the user picker dialog box.
