Outlook Console

when tickets are opened with outlook console using application,ticket is opened but when the link in the mail is clicked browser has an error like "failed the item you requested either does not exist or you do not have access to view it" Same ticket can be seen on the service manager console

    Are you in a load balanced environment. After a minute does it appear in the portal?

    Hey Aybars, do you have a large environment? Or a load balanced environment? It can take a few minutes after the ticket is created before you'll be able to use the hyperlink in the email.

    No it isn't large environment and after few hours and till this post tickets can not been seen in the portal
