Knowledge Articles for Service offerings not appearing for non-English languages

In the Service Manager Portal, if you attach both English and non-English service/request offerings to an English KB, the KB only appears on the English RO and not the non-English speaking offerings. If you have the Cireson portal set to English, they see the Arkadin KB article on the Service Offering in English, but not any other language. Is there an easy way to allow all language SO/ROs to see English KB articles?
