Duplicate Hardware Assets

Looking at your settings I would think it is the serial number is not matching.
make sure that the serial number are identical and see if that is the cause.
Failing that, the workflow might be processing the rules int he wrong order and "Create a Hardware Asset for new devices if one is not already related" is running first and of course the computer would not be related to an Asset yet and it would then create a new one.
If you are always creating an Asset before the computer is created, then I would turn off the Create option.
I usually also always set the unique key to the serial number as if that changes then something is seriously wrong.
