SCSM Notify Analyst: date trigger for the workflow

Activating the workflow for the SCSM Notify Analyst App caused a lot of "spam". A lot of e-mails for old action log entries were send. A date trigger from when the app works would be helpful for me.

    Being able to trigger based on the "Scheduled Start Date" would also be very useful, especially for Manual Activities.

    Currently leverage a Class Extension that triggers an SCO workflow. If this feature were to be implemented it'd be great if a custom Date class extension could be picked.
