Alert Knowledge Base Owner when Feedback is added by end users

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the knowledge base within Cireson 5+ to have a built in notification for when a user adds a comment to an article. We will have to disable comments if we cannot do this as users have a habit of trying to raise a job or leave a phone number in them when they get stuck.

    Either a notification to the owner or admin would be nice.  I'd also like to see the comments show up in a report that could be run weekly or monthly.
