Quick Create Not Visible to Public
We've made some changes in SCSM and now Quick Create is not visible to Public, but instead is only viewable to the groups which have access to All Views and All Tasks.
Default end users can't even see the Drawertaskbar Newbutton.
We want to allow End Users to use the Incident/New URL, however End Users don't have the required permissions to view these features.
Which settings need to be configured in order to make this viewable/usable to End Users.

The /Incident/New page and NEW button in the task bar is designed for analyst use, and will only be visible to members of your Portal Analysts group; this group is set in the installer, and can be changed in the Admin Settings page of the Portal. This alone is not enough to grant actual permissions to create, as you would need to pair an SCSM User Role with at least incident-level permissions for those same users for them to actually be able to hit Save (otherwise they will get an access denied error).
Because you would have to open up end user permissions a great deal to allow this, this really should be avoided. I strongly suggest using the Service Catalog and Request Offerings to capture new end user requests instead.

That's too bad as we wanted to open /Incident/New and templates open to our End User for some special circumstances.
Thanks for the information.
