Opening Incident Error

Dear Support,

When opening an incident i get the error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Any help is appreciated.

    It had set up groups for forms on the portal. It was to do with the ordinal and in that i had made myself a member of more than one group. This then brought up the error.

    Is this in your own environment? What version of the portal are you running?

    Does your Cache Builder (C:\inetpub\CiresonPortal\bin\Logs) or Web Console Log (C:\inetpub\CiresonPortal\Logs) have any errors?
