Is there a way we can omit the reminder email being sent when a parallel review activity was rejected and therefore the service request has a status of failed? Since the service request has a status of failed, we no longer need the balance of the teams to review the submission.

    Requests in a "Failed" status should ultimately be cancelled, or re-activated (i.e. make an adjustment and send the review activity out for another vote). If you cancel the request, then all outstanding activities will be marked as Cancelled by an out-of-box SCSM workflow, which will be ignored by any reminder emails.

    If you are not addressing "Failed" requests manually, then the latest version of the "Cireson Auto Close" app includes workflows to automatically move these items from Failed -> Cancelled and from Cancelled -> Closed after a set period of time.
