Review Activities Added When 'Send Email' Option is Used
On my Service Request, when an end user or a reviewer use the 'Send Email' task an 'Approve Service Request' Review Activity or an 'Apply Service' Manual Activity is added. When I try to approve these activities nothing happens. Any ideas as to why these activities are being added?

It sounds like you have the stock Exchange Connector using an Update Template that contains an Activity. When the update is processed, the Activity is then added.
